STEP 1: WHAT IS ESCROW?
Escrow means RKN holds the buyer's payment as a neutral third party until both sides have done their part. It protects buyer and seller on every deal.

STEP 2: HOW ESCROW WORKS STEP-BY-STEP
From buyer checkout to seller payout, every transaction follows the same six steps.

STEP 3: ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
RKN accepts all major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout. All payments are processed by Stripe.

STEP 4: DISPUTE PROCESS
If a part doesn't match the listing or doesn't arrive, the buyer opens a dispute from the order page within 48 hours of delivery. Decisions take 3 business days.

STEP 5: REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Before the seller ships, the buyer can cancel for a full refund. After shipping, refunds are decided through the dispute process.
